Are Nezuko designs included?

The shared files are — Tanjiro and Nezuko in several layouts. Nezuko’s own collection has 51 designs: see the Nezuko embroidery designs.

Is there a design with the whole group?

Yes. The Demon Slayer Team, the Tanjiro–Zenitsu–Inosuke rage designs and the four-way file with Nezuko all put the group on a single layout, which suits a jacket back or a large patch.
