How you can use our digital embroidery files — what’s included,
what’s allowed, and what isn’t.

1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or downloading any file from Cloud Designs (https://www.cloud-designs.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or download our files.

2. Digital Products Only All products sold on Cloud Designs are digital embroidery files delivered by instant download. No physical item is shipped. Each purchase includes the design in 6 machine formats (DST, EXP, JEF, PES, VP3, XXX), a PDF color chart and a preview image. You need a compatible embroidery machine and the knowledge to transfer and stitch the file.

3. License — What You Can Do When you buy a design, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Stitch the design onto physical items (clothing, hats, patches, bags, accessories) for personal use or gifts.
• Sell the finished, stitched items you make yourself in small quantities.

4. License — What You Cannot Do You may not:

• Resell, share, gift, sublicense or redistribute the digital file itself, in any format.
• Upload the file to any website, marketplace, file-sharing or cloud service.
• Claim the design as your own creation, or resell it as a digitized file.
• Use the files for mass/industrial production without a separate extended license (contact us first).

5. Intellectual Property & Fan Art Cloud Designs creates original embroidery interpretations inspired by popular characters and pop culture. These designs are made for personal and small-scale fan use. They are not official, licensed or endorsed merchandise, and all character names, logos and series remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for how you use the designs, including any commercial use of copyrighted or trademarked characters in your region.

6. Refunds Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Refunds are granted only when a file is technically defective and cannot be fixed by our team. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

7. Lifetime Access Your purchased files remain available in your account for unlimited re-download. Keep your account details safe.

8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
