📦 Orders & Downloads

❓ When will I receive my embroidery files?

🚀 Instantly after checkout! Your embroidery files will be available on the confirmation page and in your “Downloads” tab under “My Account”.

❓ I didn’t receive my download link — what should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder and the “Downloads” tab under “My Account”. If you still can’t find it, contact us via email or Instagram, and we’ll resend it manually.

❓ Can I re-download a file I purchased earlier?

Yes ✅ Log into your account, go to “My Downloads,” and you’ll find all your past purchases available anytime.

🧵 Embroidery Files & Formats

❓ What formats are included with each design?

All our files come in 6 embroidery formats: DST, EXP, JEF, PES, VP3, and XXX — compatible with most embroidery machines like Brother, Janome, Tajima, Singer, and more.

❓ Do the designs include a Color Chart?

Yes 🧵 Each product includes a detailed PDF Color Chart showing the thread order and recommended colors.

❓ Can I edit or resize the design myself?

Yes ✅ You’re free to resize or modify the file ✂️, but we can’t guarantee the result or provide support once a file is edited.

❓ Do you offer free embroidery files?

Yes ✅ We regularly share exclusive free anime embroidery designs — check our Free Design page and follow us on Instagram to never miss a new one.

💳 Payments & Security

❓ Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely ✅ Our store is secured with SSL encryption, and we use Mollie and PayPal for secure payments. 💡 We never store or see your bank information.

❓ Can I pay with my bank card or only with PayPal?

You can pay with 💳 Credit/Debit Card, 🍎 Apple Pay, or 💰 PayPal. We accept all major card networks via our partner Mollie.

❌ Refunds & Issues

❓ Can I get a refund on a digital file?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you face any issue with a design, we’ll gladly help you fix it 💬.

❓ What should I do if the file doesn’t work with my machine?

Please make sure you’re using the correct file format (DST, PES, etc.). If the problem persists, contact us with a description and a screenshot if possible — we’ll do our best to help.

❓ Do you sell finished products or just the embroidery designs?

We only sell digital embroidery files 🧵 — not physical products like t-shirts or patches. However, we can connect you with creators from our community if you’re looking to purchase finished items.

❓ Can I request a custom design?

We don’t offer custom designs for now, but we’re building our collection every week. Feel free to suggest a character or series via Instagram!

❓ Where can I see examples of stitched results?
