All products available on Cloud Designs are digital embroidery files, instantly available for download after your purchase. No physical products will be shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you will gain immediate access to your files.

2. File Formats

Our embroidery files are provided in the following formats: DST, EXP, JEF, PES, VP3, and XXX. Before completing your purchase, please ensure that one of these formats is compatible with your embroidery machine.

3. File Modifications

Once the file has been downloaded, if it is modified by the customer, Cloud Designs is no longer responsible for any issues or incompatibility that may arise. We strongly advise against altering the files without sufficient technical expertise.

4. Refund Conditions
